Data protection declaration
The protection of your personal data when we collect, process, and use it whenever you visit our website is very important to us. Your data is protected within the framework of the relevant legal provisions.

As stipulated by the Teleservices Act, § 13, we will now provide you with information about the data that is recorded during your visit to our website, and how it is used.

Collection and processing of anonymous data
Whenever our website and/or a file within it is accessed, this is recorded by well-established web server log files. It is stored for internal, system-related, and statistical purposes. The elements that are recorded include: the name of the file that has been accessed; the date and time when it was accessed; the amount of data transferred; a message that it has been successfully accessed; web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded.

This data is anonymous / not personalised, and cannot be assigned to specific people. It is not merged with other data sources, and is deleted after a statistical evaluation.

Additional personal data is only recorded if you provide it voluntarily, for example within the context of asking us to make contact or registering for a seminar.

Use and passing on of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data, we alone will use it, and solely to respond to your requests and/or for technical administration. Any passing on, selling, or hiring out of data (or similar) to a third party is strictly forbidden.

Your personal data is only passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties if this is required for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (this particularly applies to passing on order data to suppliers), for invoicing purposes, or if you have previously authorised it. You have the right at any time to rescind any permission you have given, with future effect.

The personal data that has been stored is deleted if you rescind your permission to store it, if it is no longer required in order to fulfil the purpose served by storing it, or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called ‘cookies’ at various places. Their purpose is to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective, and more reliable. Cookies are small text files which are placed on your computer, and which your browser stores. Most of the cookies we use are so-called ‘session cookies’ which are automatically deleted once your visit is over. Cookies don’t harm your computer, and don’t contain any viruses.

External links/websites
Despite careful monitoring of their content, we cannot be liable for external links that lead to external content. In particular, we have no knowledge of (and no control over) how these external links and/or this external content treats/guarantees data protection.

Google Analytics
In addition to its own web analysis tool (see above), this website uses Google Analytics, a cookie-based web analysis service provided by Google Inc.

By using this website, you agree that Google can record and process your non-personalised data. Details can be found in Google’s data protection statement.

Right of information
If requested in writing, we will gladly inform you about the data we have stored about you (if any actually exists).

Security
By making use of every technical and organisational opportunity, we strive to store your personal data in such a way that it is inaccessible to third parties. When communicating via email, we naturally cannot guarantee that data is totally secure.
